Henckels Miyabi Fusion 600D 5-1/4 inch prep knife has a shape that's similar to a chef's knife or a Santoku knife, so its great for chopping vegetables and more in the kitchen. The blade is extremely sharp and has a long-lasting edge thanks to the VG10 steel core that's clad with 32 layers of stainless steel on each side. The handle is well balanced and comfortably fits your hand. Miyabi knives by Henckels are made in Japan and have a lifetime warranty.
