This Zwilling JA Henckels Miyabi Kaizen 7-piece block set includes a great combination of a vegetable knife, utility knife, chef's knife, bread knife, honing steel, shears, and a bamboo block. These Miyabi Kaizen knives are made with super-sharp and long-lasting blade edge that will stand out in comparison with other knives. The blades keep their edges longer because they're made from hard VG10 "super steel" and are clad with 64 layers of stainless steel. The clad construction also gives them a beautiful Damascus appearance on the blade. These fine knives from Miyabi are made in Seki, Japan.
