The Scanpan Classic 2 3/4 quart non-stick saute pan is an inch larger in diameter than the 2.5 quart saute pan. It has a larger a flat cooking surface so you'll be able to prepare 3 to 4 portions. As with other Scanpan saute pans, it has straight sides to help those ìneatness-challengedî cooks keep food in the pan and away from the stove top! A glass lid with stainless rim makes this Scanpan saute pan an especially good value. Scanpan pots and pans are made with 100% recycled aluminum and crafted in Denmark.
