The Shun Sora 2 piece starter set includes a 6 inch chef's knife along with a 3.5 inch paring knife at an incredibly low price. These Sora knives from Shun have razor sharp VG-10 "super steel" edges that are braze welded to a long-lasting stainless steel body. This puts the expensive steel only where its needed so the knives feature high-quality performance at a lower price. The sides of the edge are then clad with stainless steel to protect it from damage, giving it an attractive and striking appearance. Shun Sora knives are made in Japan and have a 10 year warranty from Shun.

  • recommends washing your knives by hand and immediately drying them. Do not let your knives soak in water.
  • Avoid cleaners containing bleach or citrus extracts, as they may stain the surface of your knives.
