This Shun Sora 7 inch hollow-ground santoku knife is perfect for chopping vegetables or cutting boneless meat. The super-hard VG-10 steel edge is razor sharp and keeps its edge for longer than ordinary knives. Also, for extra protection against rust and other damage, it's clad with a layer of stainless steel on each side. The handle is smooth, comfortable, and is made from a long lasting poly material. Shun Sora cutlery is made in Japan and has a 10 year warranty with normal use and care.
