Great cookware, but...

I have this pan and 6 others in the Swiss Diamond induction line. I have been very satisfied with it, so I kept buying pieces, hoping to get a "full set of cookware." However, I have found that a full array of pots and pans is not available in the induction line. After emailing the manufacturer, they tell me that the 1 to 2 quart saucepans that I have been wanting are not available, and will not be available. They claim these smaller sizes are not dependable on induction ranges. Yet I have those size pieces in another brand of indcution cookware, so that is not true. I won't buy any more Swiss Diamond induction cookware because key pieces I need are not available. If this is not a problem for you, I can otherwise highly recommend Swiss Diamond cookware for its durability, even heating, and feel. EDITOR'S NOTE: Different brands of cookware have different manufacturing processes and standards. Swiss Diamond is an aluminum product vs stainless steel (as you have in smaller sizes in a different brand). That's why Swiss Diamond says smaller sizes of induction cookware are not dependable. Swiss Diamond does very thorough testing, so their information is quite reliable. Another way to use a smaller sized pan that is not induction compatible on an induction cooktop is to use a Mauviel induction disc.
