I have both the 5" & 7" knives and they do a great job of cutting. I would not consider buying a different brand than Wusthof. The only thing that disappoints me is that both knives have the vegetables clinging to the side of the knives when cutting with them. That is why I'm giving them a 4 star rating.

I ordered both the 7" and the 5" Wusthof Classic Santoku Chef's knives. There are a lot of quality knives out there. There is only one "Best Knife" out there. Wusthof Classic. Prompt processing, correct packing, delivered on time and the best knives I've ever owned. Way to go guys!
