Wusthof Ikon Blackwood 10 inch sharpening steel is the best way to keep the edges of your knife razor sharp. Wusthof recommends using a steel on your knife each time you cut with it. The German steel blades of your Wusthof knives will require less sharpening if you regularly use a steel to line up the tiny, microscopic teeth that create the sharpness on the edge of a knife.
