With this boning knife from Henckels you get superb cutting control from the unique wedge-shaped blade and handle in all Zwilling Pro knives. The bolster, or base of the knife that separates your hand from the blade, is also angled to give you extra power and comfort. Pro knives are designed by Henckels and architect Matteo Thun. A Zwilling J.A. Henckels Pro 5 inch boning knife has a very flexible blade which enables you to cut close to the bone to maximize the amount of meat you can trim.

  • The sharp, durable blade is forged from a single piece of German stainless steel, making it extra strong.
  • Your hands are protected from the sharp blade by a unique, curved divider between the blade and the handle, called a bolster.
