The Cristel Mutine 3 piece handle set in White includes 1 long handle and 2 side handles. Each Cristel handle is made with a "double safety." You can't remove the handle unless the cookware is on a flat surface, such as a cook top. If you are holding the pot or pan over the cooktop and press the handle release button, the handle will not release. If the pot or pan is hot and you want to remove the handle, be sure to place it on a heat-proof flat surface or trivet. Please note, DO NOT put Cristel Mutine handles under the broiler or in the oven. They are for cooktop use only. The entire Cristel handle is 100% made in France and can be used on all styles of Cristel cookware, Mutine, Casteline and Strate!

  • For the best cooking performance, we recommend heating the pan for 1-2 minutes prior to adding food. Use a low to medium heat setting.
  • Suitable for all cooking surfaces--induction, gas, electric, halogen, ceramic.
  • Stainless steel cookware is oven and broiler safe up to 600° F.
  • Non-stick stainless steel cookware is oven safe up to 480° F. DO NOT put non-stick cookware under the broiler
  • Handles are oven safe up to 350° F Do not put removable handles under the broiler.
  • Handles are made of sturdy resin and are dishwasher safe.
  • Glass lids are oven safe up to 400° F. DO NOT USE LIDS UNDER BROILER.
  • To avoid damage to glass lids that have been in the refrigerator, wait until they are at room temperature before putting in the oven.
  • Add salt after water has started to boil, otherwise small white dots or pits can form.
  • To keep the non-stick surfaces from scratching, use nylon or plastic utensils
  • Dishwasher safe
  • To remove food residue and stains, use a nylon scrubbing pad and a fine-powdered cleanser.
  • Steel wool, scouring pads and bleach-based cleaners not recommended
  • Overheating can cause blue or brown discoloration. Remove with a fine-powdered cleanser.
  • We recommend allowing cookware and lids to cool prior to washing, otherwise warping or cracking may occur.
