Cristel Mutine Stainless Steel Non-stick 11 inch fry pan with removable handle is the lowest priced of the French-made Cristel cookware styles. Mutine skillets are extremely easy to store because of their removable handles. These pans smoothly stack inside each other for expecially compact storage. And, Cristel Mutine cookware takes up considerably less space in the dishwasher than frying pans with handles!
Because of the construction of Cristel Mutine using a triple thick aluminum thermodiffuser base, heat is efficiently and uniformly transferred. You can evenly and thoroughly saute, fry, braise or sear. The environmentally-friendly non-stick surface is made using PFOA-Free top quality Excaliber non-stick. Cristel Mutine frypans are induction compatible, have a lifetime warranty and are made in France. Handles sold separately.

  • For the best cooking performance, we recommend heating the pan for 1-2 minutes prior to adding food. Use a low to medium heat setting.
  • Suitable for all cooking surfaces--induction, gas, electric, halogen, ceramic.
  • Stainless steel cookware is oven and broiler safe up to 600° F.
  • Non-stick stainless steel cookware is oven safe up to 480° F. DO NOT put non-stick cookware under the broiler
  • Handles are oven safe up to 350° F Do not put removable handles under the broiler.
  • Handles are made of sturdy resin and are dishwasher safe.
  • Glass lids are oven safe up to 400° F. DO NOT USE LIDS UNDER BROILER.
  • To avoid damage to glass lids that have been in the refrigerator, wait until they are at room temperature before putting in the oven.
  • Add salt after water has started to boil, otherwise small white dots or pits can form.
  • To keep the non-stick surfaces from scratching, use nylon or plastic utensils
  • Dishwasher safe
  • To remove food residue and stains, use a nylon scrubbing pad and a fine-powdered cleanser.
  • Steel wool, scouring pads and bleach-based cleaners not recommended
  • Overheating can cause blue or brown discoloration. Remove with a fine-powdered cleanser.
  • We recommend allowing cookware and lids to cool prior to washing, otherwise warping or cracking may occur.
