The Cristel Strate brushed stainless steel 7 piece cookware set is a great value and has the basics needed to start your Cristel cookware collection. This beautiful French-made cookware is easy to store because of its easy to use removable handles. Easy-storing flat lids are tempered glass. Each pot and pan in this cookware set is fully induction compatible and comes with a lifetime guarantee. Please note: handles sold separately.

This Cristel Strate Brushed 7 piece stainless steel cookware set includes:

  • 4 quart sauce or stew pan with lid
  • 3.5 saute pan with lid
  • Two long handles for cooking
  • Each Cristel handle also has a "double safety" so if you're holding up the cookware and press the handle release button, the handle will not release.
  • Cristel Strate Brushed fully-clad cookware has a total of 3 layers of stainless steel and aluminum for fast evening heating. Two layers of stainless steel enrobe a layer of fast heating aluminum.

  • For the best cooking performance, we recommend heating the pan for 1-2 minutes prior to adding food. Use a low to medium heat setting.
  • Suitable for all cooking surfaces--induction, gas, electric, halogen, ceramic.
  • Stainless steel cookware is oven and broiler safe up to 600° F.
  • Non-stick stainless steel cookware is oven safe up to 480° F. DO NOT put non-stick cookware under the broiler
  • DO NOT PUT REMOVABLE HANDLES IN THE OVEN OR UNDER THE BROILER.
  • Glass lids are oven safe up to 400° F. DO NOT USE LIDS UNDER BROILER.
  • To avoid damage to glass lids, wait until they are at room temperature before putting in the oven. Before washing lids, wait until they have cooled.
  • Add salt after water has started to boil, otherwise small white dots or pits can form.
  • To keep the non-stick surfaces from scratching, use nylon or plastic utensils

  • Steel wool, scouring pads and bleach-based cleaners not recommended
  • Overheating can cause blue or brown discoloration. Remove with a fine-powdered cleanser.
