Cristel Strate brushed stainless steel 8 inch nonstick fry pan, removable handle is an absolute must in any kitchen. These French-made frying pans are very easy to store because of their removable handles. The pans easily stack inside each other for very compact storage. They also take up less space in the dishwasher than frying pans with handles!
Because of Cristel cookware's three layers of stainless steel with an aluminum core, each fry pan can quickly heat to the best temperature for searing. The Cristel pans quickly adjust to a lower temperature so you can thoroughly cook meats without burning them. Casteline cookware is the top of the line style from Cristel. These stainless steel frypans are induction compatible, have a lifetime warranty and are made in France. Handles sold separately.

  • Each Cristel handle also has a "double safety" so if you're holding up the cookware and press the handle release button, the handle will not release.

  • 7.9 inch fry pan measures 10-1/4 inches in diameter, with handle; 1.5 inches in depth

  • Please note, handles are NOT included.
  • Special handle safety feature is a "double safety." If you press the handle release button while the pot is NOT resting on a flat surface, the handle will not release. Never worry about a handle disengaging from the pot or pan while you are using it.
  • Each pot and pan has edges for easier pouring and fewer drips
  • Foods retain their expected tastes since the 18/10 stainless steel cooking surface does not react with acids or alkalis to alter flavors.
  • Cristel cookware heats evenly and quickly as result of a base of heat-conducting aluminum sandwiched between 2 layers of top quality stainless steel.
  • This aluminum base has no air bubbles where it meets the sides of the cookware. That means no hot spots!

  • For the best cooking performance, we recommend heating the pan for 1-2 minutes prior to adding food. Use a low to medium heat setting.
  • Suitable for all cooking surfaces--induction, gas, electric, halogen, ceramic.
  • Stainless steel cookware is oven and broiler safe up to 600° F.
  • Non-stick stainless steel cookware is oven safe up to 480° F. DO NOT put non-stick cookware under the broiler
  • DO NOT PUT REMOVABLE HANDLES IN THE OVEN OR UNDER THE BROILER.
  • Glass lids are oven safe up to 400° F. DO NOT USE LIDS UNDER BROILER.
  • To avoid damage to glass lids, wait until they are at room temperature before putting in the oven. Before washing lids, wait until they have cooled.
  • Add salt after water has started to boil, otherwise small white dots or pits can form.
  • To keep the non-stick surfaces from scratching, use nylon or plastic utensils

  • To remove food residue and stains, use a nylon scrubbing pad and a fine-powdered cleanser, such as All-Clad Cookware Cleaner.
  • Steel wool, scouring pads and bleach-based cleaners not recommended
  • Overheating can cause blue or brown discoloration. Remove with a fine-powdered cleanser.
  • We recommend allowing cookware and lids to cool prior to washing, otherwise warping or cracking may occur.
