Cristel Cookware removable long handleis to be used when you are cooking. It is designed with safety in mind. You'll hear a "click" when you've properly inserted the handle into the pan. Each Cristel handle also has a "double safety" so if you're holding up the cookware and press the handle release button, the handle will not release. Never worry about a handle disengaging from the pot or pan. After your delicious recipe has been cooked, remove this long Cristel cooking handle and replace it with side handles, so you can take the pan to the table and use it as a serving dish. Removable handles are made in France and are dishwasher safe.

    • To avoid damage to glass lids, wait until they are at room temperature before putting in the oven. Before washing lids, wait until they have cooled.
    • Add salt after water has started to boil, otherwise small white dots or pits can form.
    • To keep the non-stick surfaces from scratching, use nylon or plastic utensils

    • To remove food residue and stains, use a nylon scrubbing pad and a fine-powdered cleanser, such as All-Clad Cookware Cleaner.
