Cristel Strate removable side handles in brushed stainless steel turn Cristel cookware into a casserole serving dish! One handle is included. Instead of washing a pot and a serving dish, now just clean up one item!
Each Cristel handle has "double safety" so if you are holding up the cookware and press the handle release button, the handle will not release. No need to worry about a handle disengaging from Cristel pots or pans. These removable side handles are made in France and are dishwasher safe.

This item includes 1 Cristel side handle that is designed to be used when you are serving from Cristel cookware.

    • For the best cooking performance, we recommend heating the pan for 1-2 minutes prior to adding food. Use a low to medium heat setting.
    • Suitable for all cooking surfaces--induction, gas, electric, halogen, ceramic.
    • Stainless steel cookware is oven and broiler safe up to 600° F.
    • Non-stick stainless steel cookware is oven safe up to 480° F. DO NOT put non-stick cookware under the broiler
    • DO NOT PUT REMOVABLE HANDLES IN THE OVEN OR UNDER THE BROILER.
    • Glass lids are oven safe up to 400° F. DO NOT USE LIDS UNDER BROILER.
    • To avoid damage to glass lids, wait until they are at room temperature before putting in the oven. Before washing lids, wait until they have cooled.
    • Add salt after water has started to boil, otherwise small white dots or pits can form.
    • To keep the non-stick surfaces from scratching, use nylon or plastic utensils
    • Dishwasher safe
    • To remove food residue and stains, use a nylon scrubbing pad and a fine-powdered cleanser.
    • Steel wool, scouring pads and bleach-based cleaners not recommended
    • Overheating can cause blue or brown discoloration. Remove with a fine-powdered cleanser.
    • We recommend allowing cookware and lids to cool prior to washing, otherwise warping or cracking may occur.
