The Yaxell Dragon 9 inch Bread Knife is designed to use when slicing bread, cakes, pastries and larger fruits with tough exteriors, with its reverse serrations. With the effect being that you are cutting on small knife edges instead of the teeth between serrations.
Intended as a carving knife for roast meats and birds, the Yaxell Dragon 9 inch Slicing Knife so sharp that it can easily be used as a sushi/sashimi slicer. The thin blade allows you to slice breaded items like chicken cordon bleu without dislodging the crust.
