The handle of the Zwilling Twin Signature 8 inch chef's knife is designed so you can comfortably cut large quantities of vegetables or chicken. The ergonomic design of this JA Henckel knife has slightly curved handle to fit in the center of your palm, which gives you extra slicing control. Often called a cooks knife, it is quite sharp with a durable edge.
