You can use this beautiful Zwilling Miyabi Kaizen 5-1/4 inch prep knife to chop fresh vegetables and cut meats similarly to how you use a chef's knife. This Kaizen prep knife from Miyabi keeps its sharp, hand-honed edge for an incredibly long time because of the hard VG10 steel core. This edge will cut through any food easily because it's sharpened to about 9.5-12 degrees on each side. It also has a beautiful Damascus finish on the blade as well as a black linen Micarta handle.

This Miyabi Kaizen 5-1/4 inch prep knife keeps food from sticking to the blade while you slice with help from its hollow-ground edge.

  • MetroKitchen.com recommends washing your knives by hand and then immediately drying them. Do not let your knives soak in water.
