With its medium-to-large size, the Zwilling Miyabi Kaizen 8 inch chef's knife is good for big or small tasks such as chopping lots of veggies or slicing a fillet. This Kaizen series chef's knife from Miyabi looks amazing because it has a Damascus finish on the blade and a black Micarta handle. The Damascus look is a result of 64 layers of steel clad to the hard VG10 "super steel" core. Kaizen knives from Miyabi are made in Japan and come with a lifetime guarantee from Zwilling with normal use and proper care.

  • MetroKitchen.com recommends washing your knives by hand and then immediately drying them. Do not let your knives soak in water.
