This multi-purpose tool is a kitchen necessity. The Shun Premium Kitchen Shears are handy for opening packages or cutting through the shell on a lobster tail. There is a notch on the blade that makes it easy to cut flower stems or thin poultry bone. An interlock screw lets you adjust the blade tensions as necessary.
