The Staub Cast Iron 3¾ qt. Essential French Oven in Grenadine, is ideal for slow cooked stews and soups, casseroles, and roasted meats, as well as many other one-pot meals. The lid features self-basting Chistera drop-structure design for continuous, even distribution of juices throughout cooking, so food stays moist and flavorful. The black-matte enameled interior doesn't need seasoning and, as cooking oils seep into the pores over time, will become a self-seasoned, non-stick surface.
