The Wusthof Classic Demi-Bolster 8 inch Cook's Knife features a unique demi-bolster and thinner blade than the standard Classic line paring knife. These features ensure that the blade is lighter and allows you to use the full length of the blade while cutting. The Chef's knife is perfect for heavy duty work such as cutting thicker vegetables and meats. Wusthof Classic knives are hand crafted and offer greater strength and durability as well as better balance, a heavier feel and lasting sharpness compared to stamped cutlery.
