With laser-controlled and tested cutting edge, the Wusthof Crafter 4 piece steak knife set features four, 4 1/2 inch steak knives. Made in Soligen, Germany, the Crafter line from Wusthof features Triple Brass Rivets and a full tang handle.

The Crafter Series is Wusthof's newest addition to their forged line of knives. Released in 2020, these beautiful gold riveted knives are forged from a single piece of high-carbon steel. They feature a Demi Bolster, which makes them lighter and easier to sharpen uniformly. Using Ptec technology (Precision Edge Technology), the edges are 20% sharper with twice the edge retention than non PEtec edges.

  • To maintain a sharper cutting edge, use a sharpening steel, preferably each time after you've used a knife.
  • It's best to store your Wusthof knife so its edge and your fingers are protected, preferably in a block or in-drawer knife tray.
  • We suggest using a meat cleaver when you need to cut through bone, otherwise you can damage your knife blade.
