The Wusthof Grand Prix II 3 inch straight paring knife is designed so you can quickly and easily perform cutting basics, such as peeling and dicing. The straight blade of this parer is made for long lasting sharpness because it's forged from a single piece of super high quality steel. With a Wusthof lifetime guarantee and German quality, this useful paring knife is constructed to last a lifetime.

The simple design of Wusthof Grand Prix II knives has a slightly curved handle so you can more easily and firmly grip the knife for maximum control when you slice, dice, chop or peel.
  • Forged with high carbon stainless steel to create rust resistance.
  • Comfortable to use due to slightly rounded base of handle. It fits easily into the palm, no matter what size your hand is.
  • Bolster, or metal that separates the blade from the handle, extends to end of blade and provides good balance for easy, non tiring cutting.
  • 30% sharper and will last 40% longer than ever before, thanks to the latest Wusthof Precision Edge Technology, PEtec. This knife has an extra sharp 28 degree angle.
