"My son was in Iraq when he sent me this wonderful knife as a birthday/Mother's Day gift. His friend and battlebuddy, who is a chef, knew I was a baker and suggested that my son get me a Global. Now my husband and I fight over who gets to use it first! And let me tell you it is very very sharp. You won't want another knife after using a Global!"
