Change your mind?

Items (excluding Sale page items) purchased from MetroKitchen can be returned in new and unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price. However, if your order qualified for free shipping and you want to return an item or items, you will be credited back the cost of the item(s) less how much it actually cost MetroKitchen to ship the item(s) to you. Sale page items are not returnable. Only items in new and unused condition in the original package will be accepted for exchange or refund. (If your item came with a free gift, the gift must also be returned in new, unused condition to receive the full refund, except as noted above on shipping costs.) Please send the item(s) you want to return to MetroKitchen by a shipping method that is insured and traceable. Please allow up to 21 days for processing exchanges or returns.

Return Policy for Drop Shipped items � John Boos, HearthKit, Enclume, Ruffoni and Capresso.

John Boos, HearthKit, Enclume, Ruffoni and Capresso products are custom-ordered at your request. Consequently, for returns or refused shipments, you will incur two additional charges. They include:

* the actual cost of shipping the item to and from the customer (these charges are the actual costs incurred by Metrokitchen for providing free ground shipping to you)

* A 25% restocking fee

NOTE: These charges will be deducted from the credit you receive for returns or refused deliveries


Have a problem when you first receive your order?

In the unlikely event that your item has defects or damage when you first receive it, we will send you a pre-paid return label to return the item for replacement at our expense if you contact us within five days of receiving your order. All defective and damaged items not claimed within five days will not be exchanged. Item(s) must be in new and unused condition in original packaging to qualify for an exchange. Call our toll free number at 888-892-9911 or email us at returns@metrokitchen.com. If your product was damaged during shipping, you must save all packaging materials and paperwork. We reserve the right to correct any orders that are damaged during shipping or are defective.


Have a warranty claim?

If at any time you have a problem due to a manufacturing defect, or otherwise covered by a manufacturer warranty with a product you purchased from us, we will gladly replace the item if allowed by the manufacturer. Items that we replace ourselves include All-Clad, Emeril, Mauviel, Metrokane, Scanpan, Staub, Culinary Institute, Wusthof, Henckels, Global, Shun by Kershaw, Peugeot, Alfi, Doughmakers, Salter and Chefs Choice. Please ship your item, by a method that is insured and traceable, to the following address:
