For the best cooking performance, we recommend heating the pan for 1-2 minutes prior to adding food. Use a low to medium heat setting.

Add salt after water has started to boil, otherwise small white dots or pits can form. Pitting does not interfere with cooking, it just doesn't look good and can be easily avoided.
To keep the non-stick surfaces from scratching, use nylon or plastic utensils
Stainless pans are dishwasher safe
Nonstick is not dishwasher safe
To remove food residue and stains, use a nylon scrubbing pad and a fine-powdered cleanser, such as All-Clad Cookware Cleaner.
Steel wool, scouring pads and bleach-based cleaners not recommended
Overheating can cause blue or brown discoloration. Remove with All-Clad Cookware Cleaner or other fine-powdered cleaners.
We recommend allowing cookware to cool prior to washing, otherwise warping may occur.

"Large roasting pan"

"I love my roaster! I use it several times each year...1st is for our leg of lamb at Easter, next is corn beef and cabbage for St. Pattys day followed by pork ribs for the 4th of July. Next I kick into high gear with a turkey at Thanksgiving, Christmas wraps it up for the year with a standing rib roast or duck. We have really used it and it still looks new. "

"Almost Perfect"

"This roaster is well-built and a joy to use. It has proven itself large enough for even the biggest turkeys, the rack is sturdy enough to handle any load and the lifters are simply indispensible. That said, two caveats: The black color of the rack's non-stick coating makes it difficult to see and clean baked-on residue. Like many of All-Clad's larger pieces, this pan cannot be used on induction ranges, precluding deglazing if you're lucky enough to have an induction cooktop (now or in the future). Mauviel makes equally elegant roasters of seven-ply stainless."
