i love my new global but the only thin i dont like as a chef in the handle is to thin on the top

this is the knife i use at work, and it handles like a charm. good balance nice weight. excellent edge retention and responds amazing well to ceramic honing rods. well worth the price.

My son was in Iraq when he sent me this wonderful knife as a birthday/Mother's Day gift. His friend and battlebuddy, who is a chef, knew I was a baker and suggested that my son get me a Global. Now my husband and I fight over who gets to use it first! And let me tell you it is very very sharp. You won't want another knife after using a Global!
