  • Hand wash only. Do not put in dishwasher.
  • Do not use steel wool, steel scouring pads or abrasive cleansers.
  • Before using, remove all packaging and labels and wash in hot, soapy water. Rinse well and dry thoroughly.
  • Only fill water above the first layer of holes on the interior of the spout. See the diagram on the box for more information.
  • Always use a burner with a similar size as the base of the kettle.
  • Do not slide or bang the tea kettle on any surface as this may damage its enamel glaze.
  • Never let the kettle boil dry as this can damage the base and the enamel.
  • Do not leave water in a kettle between uses as this may result in mineral or residue build up. If this happens a gentle de-scaler may be used periodically.
